Workers can be sacked after ‘one strike’ under new unfair dismissal regime

Compensation in cases of unfair dismissal will be capped at six months’ pay, strike pay will also be banned for all workers and tough new laws on industrial action will dock the pay of workers who take unprotected strike action under the streamlined system.
