Dubya’s legacy for history to decide
Aug 13th, 2008 | By David Harper | Category: OpinionJack the Insider: The new Oliver Stone movie is in the can. In his first movie release in four years, Stone has turned his cinematic attention to the life of President George W. Bush. The movie is due for release in the while the president is still in office.
Judging by the trailer, the movie is something of an epic, tracing the life of Dubya from his hair-raising, alcohol and drug-fuelled days of misspent youth all the way to the White House. And if Stone’s body of work is anything to go by, the film may not be all that complimentary to the US commander in chief.
