Deletionpedia: Where Wikipedia entries go to die

Deletionpedia is a site that catalogs everything that gets deleted from Wikipedia, from temporary deletions during clean-up to complete entries that are removed after a period of discussion. Some existed for years and had hundreds of edits, while others were vanity entries or obscure points of reference that had been barely touched.



Rowling wins battle to stop Potter book

Judge Robert Patterson of the Manhattan District Court said that US publisher RDR Books would violate copyright in publishing Steve Vander Ark’s ‘Harry Potter Lexicon’. His ruling said that RDR Books “failed to establish an affirmative defense of fair use,” the court clerk told AFP.
