Rwanda accuses France over 1994 genocide

The report by the independant Rwandan commission accuses France of providing military and diplomatic support to ethnic Hutu leaders who instigated the slaughter of Tutsis. Among those named as being complicit in the genocide are the late French president Francois Mitterrand and former prime ministers Dominique de Villepin and Edouard Balladur.
