‘Bizarre’ Microsoft ad misses mark

The Sydney Morning Herald: Microsoft’s first spot in its $US300 million ($370.14 million) advertising campaign to revamp its stodgy image features comedian Jerry Seinfeld and company founder Bill Gates in a quirky attempt to buy shoes at a discount store.

The bizarre ad, first aired in the US on Friday, shows Seinfeld advising Mr Gates on how to stretch cheap new shoes that are too small.
